Michelle graduated from Kutztown University in 1989 with a degree in Communication and Graphic Design. After graduation she was employed with United Graphics for two years. She was responsible for strengthening client relationships through sales and business consultation in addition to illustration and graphic design. She enjoyed her position and experience tremendously.

In 1991 Michelle was asked her to be a part of an exciting new venture. Mr.SiGN, Inc. knew she would be a great asset with her fresh ideas, recent college degree and her successful client relations. She was grateful and gladly excepted the position. Michelle loved the business and was honored to be an important part of the growth and success.

In 1996 Michelle took over the business and continued to build a strong clientele. The part of the business she flourished in was graphic design and client relationships. Michelle's sales grew and her design experience was fed by technology. After 12 years as an owner the decision to focus on her true love was made in 2008.

In 2008 Michelle was asked to join the Aztec Team. She was thrilled with this new position for it was a combination of everything she enjoyed. Michelle is so excited for the opportunity to focus on graphic design and sales with the strength of the fantastic team of Aztec Printing and Design by her side.
